That seems reasonable to me. A melanistic Leopard. I don't know what animals are native to that area in Australia but from what little I know that seems quite possible.

Here is a better video of the one posted above. I don't know how you could fake this. He keeps cutting to the deer because he is taping their reaction. You can hear the little boy saying " there he is again, dad". Call it what you will but I don't think this is fake.

that was no house cat.

that buck smelled that cat.

i see that look everytime a coyote goes after a buck here in clinton county.

buck will leave the area.
