Default NC Regs question

I've been reading through the regulations and can't tell if bow hunting is allowed during muzzloader season. It looks like it is not allowed on game lands, but I would guess that it is on private land? I just got permission to hunt on some private land and want to make sure it is allowed. i know it is during the rest of the season.

During the muzzleloading firearm season, only muzzleloading rifles or muzzleloading shotguns may be used. Bow and arrows are permitted to be used on private lands during the muzzleloading firearm seasons. Bows and arrows are not permitted to be used on game lands during the muzzleloading firearm seasons, except on areas designated and posted as “Archery Zones.”

Anyone hunting deer during a deer firearms season, regardless of weapon, must wear hunter orange.

In regulation you find,

>During the muzzleloading firearm season, only muzzleloading
>rifles or muzzleloading shotguns may be used. Bow and arrows
>are permitted to be used on private lands during the muzzleloading
>firearm seasons. Bows and arrows are not permitted to
>be used on game lands during the muzzleloading firearm seasons,
>except on areas designated and posted as “Archery Zones.”

Since you got permit on "private land", you can use bow and arrow there.

But there is a change in Hunter and Blaze Orange section.

>Anyone hunting deer during a deer firearms season,
>regardless of weapon, must wear hunter orange.

It is always exciting to hunt in new area. Good luck.
