deer attractants

yep, it comes in fifty pound bags full of small yellow kernels. or as we call it down here, golden acorns.
just joking, i've never really got into the whole attractant thing, but i know a few guys that use stuff like that. from what i've heard the deer around here won't really mess with c'mere deer, but most people i know use deer cane, supposedly they tear that up. hope that helps

I have found the best luck with apple scented or acorn scented attractants. BuckStop makes some good stuff. Have had deer follow a scent trail right to me, or close enough. When a bucks ruttin', doe in heat products or dominate buck scents grab their attention. Something with tarsal gland in the mix. What do you think?
