IMHO it is more important to be comfortable/warm, keep your movement to a minimum and hunt the wind than the type camo you use.

There are a lot of posts about ASAT camo in the bowhunting forum. I have used it for 20 years and think it is great. I bought a 3D suit 3 years ago and wear it everytime I hunt. You and I could spot it in a second but I have had deer stare right at me for 30+ seconds and then go back to whatever they were doing. As long as you don't move or blink, they will never know you are there.

Now granted, if you keep movement to a minimum, jeans and a t-shirt will work. But if you are going to buy some camo, I would give ASAT a try. You can wear whatever you want underneath the 3D suit.

I was wearing mine last year, just sitting quietly on a folding chair, when a young buck walked up behind me and sniffed my ASAT clad ass. I don't honestly think he knew that I was there until I turned to look at him. I was using an acorn cover scent, which apparently drew him there since the wind was blowing toward him. How's that for a testimonial?
