Default Feeder Question

How many seconds is a good time to set if you have a timer? Or better yet, how many pounds? 1,1.5,2,etc?

Depends on your deer population, type of feeder, how often you can fill it, ect.

It's a Moultrie Feeder. I can fill it 3 times a week. I'm not sure yet how much deer I have. I want to set up a feeder with cameras to find out. I would like to get a amount of time to set the feeder, so that it won't cost me a fortune. This is my first time using a feeder, and I'm not sure of a good amount of time to start with.

DURING THE SUMMER, YOU ONLY NEED A LOW TO MEDIUM SETTING ONCE A DAY IN THE EVENING. THAT IS TO START TRAINING THEM WHLIE NOT HAVING MOST OF IT EATEN BY SQUIRRELS AND BIRDS. IN SEPTEMBER, RAISE IT TO MEDIUM TO HIGH TWICE A DAY. IN OCTOBER, MAXIMUM SETTING TWICE A DAY.
