I have been trying to network with some people I know about getting permission to hunt on their land. I have been offering to shoot coyotes etc that are harrassing livestock. What are some approaches that anyone has used?

I know at my place people that help me get things done for the fall hunt are welcome to hunt my land. Last year only one guy helped cut fire wood and he hunted and got a 170 buck. My son didnt even help me and I wouldnt let him hunt, or course he is mad at me now. Iam old and bad heart and he is 22 and good health go fiqure. Oh yea the guy that helped spend $ 1000 to get to my place from where he lived. came for a weekand we got lots done. I knew he would get a good deer. that was his second wt at my place 1st one was 184

How did he get around to helping? Knock on your door...word of mouth. I talked tonight to the parents of our baby sitter and he is going to ask his neighbor who owns 1000 acres. Whats the best way to approach them if I don't know them.

people find me its seems through word of mouth or IM with me on line
Just go to a farmer introduce yourself, where your from, tell him what you want to do (hunt) and ask him if there is anything you can do for him, work wise and see where it goes from there. If you dont ask you will never know
