I actually did run one down and finish it off once! While hunting, I shot a nice doe, she fell and while I was on my way over to where I thought she was, I see a doe get up and start trotting away! I ran after her and cought her and ended up sticking her with my knife to finish her off. As I was dragging her back to the truck I stumbled across the doe that I had shot!

Congrats, nice deer. You mounting them?
I caped out the first one....it was 80-90% white, getting it full body mounted....the second one I just butchered up and kept the head. Not really sure what to do with it though......any ideas???
