I believe it was hit by the propeller, based on the condition of the deer, which probably WAS damaged, it just isnt in the picture.

our local airport doesnt have a fence, and its right in the heart of deer country. Its a small 1 runway airport that is capable of handling smaller jets and prop planes.

Lol and I thought all airports where closed off. Maybe deer have learned to fly? Instead of hitting them with our cars, we have to worry about them with our planes! lol..
