well it is not the most correct topic for this site but the deer were taken via bows...so thought i would let you all know what i had for lunch.....made some deer hamburger meat yesterday and mixed in one egg, b-b-q sauce, garlic, onion and some bread crumbs then cooked on the grill with some swiss cheese and lets just say with that meat tasting that good i don't think i am going to stop hunting deer anytime soon.....good luck for everyone whose season has not oppened yet..

When I make deer burger, I take chilli powder, mix it in with a lb of meat, then mix in tobasco sauce...makes for a pretty spicy burger...good if you like spicy stuff...your recipe sounds pretty good too (-the onions though)
