They have been doing real estate for years.
I think the one that was complaining that he can't get his slip sign from the old farmer for freedoesn't realize the money that the farmer is forking out in taxes each year. If I were you I would start chipping in to help that farmer out, unless they are in a state agriculture program there taxes go upjust like yours each year except he is paying for more land then that little acre your living on.
