Looking for Recipe for Deer HindQuarter
I am looking for a good recipe for a whitetail deer hindquarter. I was thinking along the lines of BBQ'n it. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Checked the Recipe section, but didn't find anyhting.

Here's what I did. Marinated the meet overnite and then put the meat and marinade in a crockpot the next morning for 10hrs(low and slow). Turned out excellent. Very tender and lots of flavor.
