What time of day did you see him? Yeah stay up in that thick stuff with him and sit until you can't sit anymore. He's in there, be patient. Don't over hunt it and don't push up in thereso far that it runs him outta there and gets your scent all in there. It's hard to let it rest a day or two when you know anice buck is in there, but do your best to skip a couple of days every now and then.Are rifles allowed in your state? Anyways keep at it, maybe you'll see him again.

i started using a decoy this year and man do they work great!
i had i buck try to fight with it and i have it on video its funny!
and had 3 other bucks come into it also.
i dont know if it will work this late but it never herts to try

I'd pay close attention to this bit of advise. It won't take much for a buck like that to "vanish" all of the sudden. Depending on how much time you have with your season, I wouldn't be going in there everyday. Best of luck to you.
