Retrieving downed deer

some people are just natural born buttholes BUT i would call his superiors and tell them what happened while emphasizing on the fact they he wanted $500 to retreive the animal. as a law enforcement officer we live by a code of ethics that hold us to a higher standard of living (simply because we are constantly under a microscope on and off duty) and him asking for money to retreive your game is just wrong. i would also contact that area's local newspaper and see if they'll print the story
the press should be all over this story because they LOVE "slamming" any type of law enforcementbecause it sells papers.

I'm not sure what calling his superiors would accomplish. The guy (even though the biggest A-hole out there) has the right to do what he wants with his own land. Doesnt' really have anything to do with his job. He's just an ass of a neighbor.

I find this very disturbing, I could never let it go.I would call every one ,the tv the news paper his boss and that mans boss, and all the other game wardens in the state ,there would not be a person in the state that did not hear what a selfish jerk of a man they have working for us.what county were you in and what was his name .I would be glad to help him get his demotion by letting the the whole world now what he really cares about. My bloods boiling just thinking about him.No one should ever be treated like that.
