i was just wondering what you guys think would be a good amount to pay to lease land from a neighbor or friend...just tryin to get some ideas because i may need to this year..

It will depend on the acerage and the going rate in your area. The least we pay in Alabama is about $6 and the most is about $7 per acre and we turned down a tract this year for $25 per acre. This includes a quarter per acre for insurance.
