Take your dough and move down here and buy your very own piece of God's country. While here keep to yourself and please refrain from telling every single person you run into "well this is how we do it up North" Thats just gonna get you hurt. lol...seriously though...It really is sad all the development going on up here...
Everywhere I look new developments are popping up where there used to be woods. The houses they put in look like they came out of a cookie cutter, every one is the same except perhaps for a slight variation of color, and there are just dozens of them. Looks like S***, not that I have toeven bother saying it.Right up the street from me they put in hundreds of low income housing units...what a mess[:'(]... (((((((But anyhow, not that I know anything but I wouldn't take out too much cover...You can always cut it down but it takes time for it to grow back...
