I've been target practicing some lately. I bought me a Remington 870 this year...
I seen a huge 8 point o October 18th, while fishin... 150 class I'd say... 225 lb Deer is my guess... He spotted me, snorted and stomped at me... staring me down for 15 minutes... never taking his eyes off me... Only 25 yards away! Was pretty neat... now if I can see a Deer on November 16th... I'm ready!!

Sounds like a pretty agressive buck, you have a pretty good chance at seeing him again!

Yeah he was agressive... after the initial 15 minutes, he turned broadside, stomping the ground as he walked off... going Atttt.... Atttt... Atttt... <img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle>
I don't think they allow hunting there, as I've seen Horses on the property before. It's surrounded by a subdivision.
There's a 20 acre patch of Woods, surrounded by open Fields, and Grassy Fields. Although it'd be pretty safe to hunt there, as long as not to aim towards the the road, are 2-3 Houses thats nearby. I know the area like the back of my hand... been fishin the ponds there for years, and have walked the ridge many times behind the pond.
