im not sure how, but the land we hunt on has tons of deer stands. the landowners are avid hunters and they invite tons of people to hunt, and each person has there own stand in an ideal location. big ones to, foam insulation, heaters, sliding windows, swivel chairs, the works. what the guy does though is move 'em around from time to time with his tractor. works pretty nifty. in addition to all those permanant ones they also have some bow stands and some tree stands. IDEAL location and all, its a shame its so over hunted.
