Cull him this season (if given a chance) or not?
Thanks.
If you have other bucks in this age class with better headgear, you probably don't want this buck breeding and spreading his "no browtines" gene.
I personally don't like bucks with little to no browtines as that takes 2-12+ inches off the B&C score, and that's tough to recover from.
Having said all that, I'm sure he'll taste great and his horns may work well for rattlin' horns.

Thanks for all of the feedback guys. I just checked my camera a couple of days ago and got another pic of him without velvet. It seems that he actually had 3 points on one side (the third blended in with the main beam in the velvet pic). I am guessing this guy is fairly old? Look at that body...any guesses on his age??

I am the last person to shoot a young buck, but if you have bucks in this age class with browtines, why let this one breed? His antlers show no sign of injury to explain his lack of browtines. He is genetically inferior and easily identifiable. If you harvest him, pull his jawbone and let us know how he ages.
