Great!!! You guys hijacked the $hit out of my thread!!!!![:@]

Just kidding,

Well I returned to the property today and put my stands up and got my little "secret spot" as my wife calls it done. The good news is the fence is still up and I used my indian tracking skills to check around and its all good.

The bad news is I went out there after consuming enough alcohal to drown a whale last night. I took about three liters of water and a bottle of gatorade. It was 98 degrees today with a heat index of about 105. Yes I know I'm a retard, but after talking to all of you guys on here I cant wait untill oct. I got everything done that I had plan but at about 1:00 I started to feel extremely bad. I had already consumed two bottles of water and when I returned to my truck I had to sit down and I puked for about twenty minutes. I now have terrible cramps in EVERY muscle in my body but I'm starting to feel better after taking in some Pedialite.

Just remember kids, drink plenty of water and don't be a dumbass like me!LOL

See the scoundrels have affected you in other ways. Out doing things you prob wouldn't do, just to keep THEM honest. And YOU pay the price.

I would just start the rumor that you have a crazy nephew, medical discharge from the green beret's for being loony. Tell some people in town that after his parents died he came to live with you. He keeps talking about enemies in the woods and that he has to defend his country LMAO.

The nephew whose parents "mysteriously" died or disappeared?

In reality we would all like to "string em up" and fill em fulla holes, but with todays legal system that would be THE fastest way for your land to become theirs!

Understanding that you probably will get some retaliation, sure it's ok to flatten some ATC tires and such but you gotta be careful with that for obvious reasons. THE best way to handle these scumbags is to set out to catch them and then PROSECUTE the crap out of them. THROW THE BOOK at them and make an example of them. 99% of trespassers know they are doing wrong, for many of them they don't enjoy the outdoors unless they are breaking the law. These kind of jugheads are the ones you want to get, I mean put the hooks into them and don't let up until the judge slams the gavel and says, "GUILTY"!!!

The downside too doing that is that it takes time and money. You must first be willing to catch them redhanded, video/pics make for SOLID evidence in court. If you ARE going to do that then you better get rid of ALL traces of tire spikes or anyother boobie traps, lest you be hauled to court yourself. Here in TN we have a law that if you post your land specifically with signs that say, "Hunting by written permission ONLY" and ANYONE is found on your land without a written permission card the game-warden can cart them STRAIGHT too the pokey, they don't pass go, they don't collect $200! BUT that is assuming you have had the foresight to get the game-warden involved in the first place.

Snakes den together and you can bet that most purposeful trespassers/outlaws know each other and when you make an example of one they will likely go elsewhere rather than mess with someone who they know will go too no limits to keep them off their property! They really are nothing more than redneck, adult "bullies" and just like the ones on the playground when you were a kid, you whip their arses once and stand up too them they will quickly backdown and go push someone else around!

Most folks replying to this thread have obviously never had to deal with this problem. You can call the law till your blue in the face. They could care less. They have more important things to do then worry about some punks playing on your land.

Wasting your time trying to involve the law and prosecute.Spend a day in court and watch some of the antics that take place.Punks caught red handed do such and such for the 10th time. Finally after 5 postponements the trial begins,BUT WAIT,this just in a deal has been struck, the punks get some probation and $60 court costs.

To heck with the $$$ of damage to your fence, gates, signs etc etc a deals a deal.I handle trespassers in my own way and I am not dumb enough to say WHAT that way is.Do what you gotta do and keep your mouth shut about it.

And its not just some young punk kid who does like others and makes a poor decision.I'vehad idiots in their 40's using my land for whatever they feel the need for.Whatever misfortune should fall upon them while breaking the law TOO BAD!!!

I have zero respect for trespassers/poachers on MY land.If you dont want to have a really bad day, stay off my well posted property...[:@]

I think I hear what poco is saying. I don't think he's talking about killing people or even shooting at them. Maybe some vehicles stuck by trees suddenly being felled, maybe a vehicle that just suddenly doesn't want to start when you want to leave.

But what ever it is, don't ever "know" a darn thing about nothing.

DD I never said kill em.You read into it anyway you see fit.You work your fingers to the bone for years, shell out $330,000 for a piece of property, then let whomever do whatever they feel like.I think not.

Just in case anybody doesn't already know it, low life tresspassers ARE GOING TO RETALIATE just the same after the cops bust them as they will after getting a tire flattened by a railroad spike.
