Public Land by Columbus MT
Does anyone know if there is a lot of public land around Columbus Montana. My cousin had to cancel our private land turkey hunt down there and I am wondering if there is enough public land to do a hunt. Opening day is two weeks away.

Check the block management list to see if there's any places around Columbus. Most of the good turkey haunts around there will be near the river bottomsand those are almost all private lands.
