I dont see how technically that would be possible to break the law, you are hunting different jurisdictions, just get em in the freezer and if you possess two hunting licenses, then you get 2 bag limits!!!

it does break the fed rules. you can't get a limit in one state, and another limit in another on the same day.

I thought this question was pretty interesting so I posed the question to the Texas Parks and Wildlife and this was thier response:

To answer your question I must give an example: Texas is in the central flyway, using 5 ducks as an example, that would be the daily bag limit for Texas. You drive to Arkansas and hunt the afternoon. Arkansas is in a different fly zone, and 7 ducks are allowed. You then, on the same day may hunt and possess 5 Texas ducks, and hunt and possess and additional 2 Arkansas ducks to give you the ALLOWED AGGREGATE DAILY BAG LIMIT OF 7 ducks as allowed by the Federal government. You should not have 5 ducks from Texas and 7 Ducks from Arkansas as this would exceed the aggregate daily bag limit as allowed by USFW. I hope this answers your question. Feel free to call or email anytime.
