RNT question: Original vs. Timbre
I'm heading into Stuttgart this weekend to the Rich-N-Tone store. RnT calls are def. my favorites, and I used to hunt with a wood Short Barrel and an acrylic Daisy Cutter, before someone stole the hunting bag out of my truck. I'm looking at either an Original acrylic call, or an acrylic Timbre call. I do about 85-90% of my hunting in timber.
The question: Which call would be the better choice as my main, multiple-purpose call? Does the Timbre have enough volume for the few times I'm in open water? Or should I opt for the Original for right now and just make it call softer in the timber?
If anyone has any experience with either call, I'd love your input.

RE: RNT question: Original vs. Timbre
Yeah, it's great living in Arkansas. Every duck hunter should make a trip to the RNT shop once in their lives. The only other time I've been in there, I got a duck call retuned by Jim Ronquest, and met Butch himself. Make the pilgrimage....
