Hungarian Partridge-Help!
#1
Need some help! A friend of mine is a bird hunting fanatic and wants to go to Canada to hunt Hungarian partridge. He has been told that a good place to go is Moss Bank, Canada. He says that there is open land there and good quantities of these birds.
Can any of you please tell me if this is true and/or can you recommend a better place in Canada to hunt these birds. Is there anything in particular that we need to know about taking our guns into Canada, etc.
Any and all info is appreciated.

There aren't huns anywhere else in the lower 48? There are quite a few around here in Nevada, I thought they were a popular bird. Guess I was wrong. They are pretty easy to hunt though. As long as you have a good dog, there should be no problem. I have even gotten within range even without a dog.

We raise Hungarian partridges.....
I guide hunts on our preserve for them & pheasants....
What are some specific questions that you would like to know about them?
I'll be glad to help if I can.
