Where do i find Grouse?

Default Where do i find Grouse?

I am thinking about going after grouse w/ my 20 ga. this fall and i dont kno where to find them... can anyone help me out?

They are usually in the woods. j/k. Anyways I just walk around through the woods and look for good cover for them, usually the thick stuff. And when you do find one good luck hitting it.

We have some wild berries on our property and I can usually kick one or two out of there. Of course if I could hit them maybe they wouldn't be there anymore. Otherwise look in the prickly ash if you have any.
