Save whatever pic you want use from the CD to your your hard drive, a place like My Pictures would be a good spot. When you save it, make sure you save the file as a JPEG image file as that's the norm for web hosted pictures. I hope you have something like Photoshop to shrink it a little if need be, as many hosting sites have limits on the size of the file you can host. Hope this helps, and can't wait to see the pics.
