Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

You can tell the difffernce between a Tom & Jake when they are in strut.

A Tom will have a symetrical fan. Tom should have a full hearty gobble.

A Jake - the 4 center tail feathers will be an inch longer than the rest when in strut. A jake will gobble rather choppy.

I thought that a gobbler was any male turkey?
But I do know a jake is a young bird and a tom is an old bird.
