wow! I' m surprised at the number of you guys that shoot #5 shot! I just discovered this size last spring when I couldn' t find #4s for my 3 1/2" 10 gauge!

Like most of you, I was always a #5 shot fan as well!! Namely the Winchester 3" High Velocity 1 3/4oz of #5' s!! These shot great out of a Tru-Glo Strut Stopper choke tube for me. Now I' m shooting a " Tri-PLex" load of Nitro Hevishot in #4X5X7 out of a Rhino tube.

I' ve had really good luck with 1 7/8 oz. Rem. 4x6' s the birds go down like you hit em with a hammer I pattern with 4' s as well they do about as good but I stick with the 4x6' s
