I've killed them w/in minutes of legal shooting time right away in the morning but it seems around my area here in PA myself and many other hunters I know have been having much betterluck after 10. I wish I woulda never killed a bird at first light then maybe I'd be smart enough to sleep in but I still can resist being there at firstlight.

For me, calling at fly-down is fairly low success rate, but lots of gobbling. Some times I relocate, some times I sit tight, then call now and then. Many times I have them come in silent a couple hours after flydown.
I'd have to say 10-noon is when I've had my best success. I've also camped out in the afternoon near a roost until fly-up, and I've shot a couple then too.
