I have the Gobblin Thunder and I am not worried about heavy loads.I am just not going to pay the extra cash for them.

You don't feel ANY recoil when you shoot a turkey. Something about that moment. The led sled is your best bet if you do insist on using the 3.5''. I don't think you need the 3.5 either. Just overkill. You can get a good combo at 3 inch. Just takes time and $$ to figure out how. Really though, and others tell me if I'm wrong, do you notice the recoil when you shoot a gobbler? I flinch on the range sometimes. I admit it! Never think of it when I'm squeezing down on the real thing.

I haven't felt it on a live turkey either but I would hate to have a mishap and be too close to the tree behind me.I would feel that.[&:][8D]
