    I save and use all the bird.I skin mine and slice the breast for frying and the rest ,legs,wings,back,and gizzard goes into the crock pot for dressing.

    Another pluckers here. I like to deep fry mine. I usually takes me 20 - 30 minutes per bird to pluck them.
