any ideas for my shotgun?
i have a winchester 1300 ranger and the barrel is kinda on the shiny side. any good ideas on how i can dull that while in a turkey hunt? its really my quail/pheasant gun so i want it to look good but it would be nice to CHEAPLY dull out the metal for my time in the turkey woods. thanks

I've seen these things called gun chaps and another product called gun socks in Cabelas. They both are pretty cheap and just slip over the gun. If not there is always camo tape. Thats a pain in the neck to clean off though.

RE: any ideas for my shotgun?
I used a gun sock for years before buying my new turkey gun. They work pretty well and are not expensive. They do slip and slide on you gun a little bit, so make sure the ejection port on your gun remains clear, and that they don't interfere with the gun's action. Also one more thing, if they get wet make sure to remove it from you gun so that both will dry quickly. Good luck
