Whats your first date to hunt?

I'll be hunting in Texas starting April 12 for my first spring hunt. Just wondering when everybody else will finally be able to get out and try to take a longbeard? Good luck in all your efforts!

Nebraska hasn't officially set their season dates but I assume I'll be out in the woods with my bow on March 24 and with my shotgun April 12.

MS opens March 23rd til May 1st.

Opening day in Missouri is April 21 and it can't get here soon enough.

One month from today I'll be on my way to Florida for the opening of their southern zone on March 1. My home state of Georgia doesn't open until about March 23.

March 29th,and on vacation for the 1st two weeks of April to do nothing but hunt gobblers!!<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Ya'll are making me so jealous. Our season opens May 4th. I guess I live vicariously through your stories until that day. Course I'll be guiding rather than hunting but I don't need to pull the trigger to have a great day.
