Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Sorry guys I zerod this season. I tried really hard to get a bird but it just didn't work out. Baseball got in the way to much for me to have went as much as I wanted. I called a bird in 35 yards sunday morning the last day of season but couldn't get him to break away from the hen. It was pretty cool though he flew down and landed about 40 yards from me. Sorry for not being able to help the team out.

Well I blanked too. I went out Saturday morning and the bird I was hoping for wasn't there. I heard one further down the mountain and was starting to head to set up on him when I realized I didn't have my license on me so I unloaded and went home. Had thought about hitting them in the evening but just didn't make it. Next year I'm definitely going back to the family farm fora couple of days and get one with the bow. Hope the rest of you do better.

Which teamgot the highest score so far? What rank are we?

Is this contest going to continue all the way into the fall? In case someone is going to shoot a turkey in the fall, or is there a seperate fall season turkey contest?

Well guys, I blanked out this season. I had a bird with a 10 inch beard that I found on the property I was hunting and tried to get him, but just didn't have enough time left in the season to figure out his travel routes and everything.

I'll try again next year,

Well, team 1 won the contest, but it was a great time.

Paintbrush, it's been an honor to have you as a team captain, and you did great on submitting our scores.

It's been fun to "serve" with all of you, have a great summer, and look forward to the 2007 HNI Deer Contest, I sure will, and who knows, maybe we'll have a 2007 HNI Fall Turkey Hunting Contest?
