OK, Oneshot has done the avatar and here it is. I am having SERIOUS difficulty in getting the file small enough. For some reason, when I save it it is under the 10 kb restriction but after I resize it it's over it......[:@] Hell, I don't know. Maybe one of you computer gurus can figure it out.

Anyone want to go in for a Team 10 trophy for the biggest bird on the team?
http://www.crownawards.com/StoreFront/jsp/images/products/CRMHNM.gif

Something like this or similiar. Though you MO hunters only get half credit, those big birds out there.

RE: Official Team ThunderStrut (10) thread.

Man......that was a longer walk than I anticipated! Thanks to Oneshot7 for making this happen.

Mailman.....I could go for that. What kind of price are we talking, and I assume there would be some small engraved plaque of sorts on it?

Mailman29680 03-23-2006 07:26 PM

RE: Official Team ThunderStrut (10) thread.

One I posted is less than $14,I'd just purchase it unless we want something else.
40 free letter engraved

Just so ya'll know, I did try to put a lightning bolt in the picture, but since it has to be so small, there just wasn't any room.

RE: Official Team ThunderStrut (10) thread.

Hey thats alright if you only give us missouri hunters half credit. There is more than one of us on the team and it only takes 2 halves to make a whole. So you don't have to worry about that.:D:DPlus your right we do have some bruisers but they never happen in front of my gun. ooo well. Big turkeys, big deer, big everything. Man we are just a one stop shop aren't we.

OK, so i am the computer guy and I can't get this file to work.:BagOnHead: Could someone pm me the file they are using.

Each time I save it, it is roughly 40kb, which is over the 10kb limit. All the programs I have will not save it small enough.

thanks.

saltflat, I'de appreciate it if you didn't just go around advertising the good hunting we have around here. Keep thosenon residents where they belong....:D:D

oneshot, you just can't rush perfection. Don't be in such a hurry. After we win, then what??? :D[&:]

RE: Official Team ThunderStrut (10) thread.

:DMo I know I wasn't thinking. However I do like the non residents the opening morning of firearms deer season. I really like the ones that don't scout. They run all the deer to me.:D:D:DAll seriosness I don't mind non residents if they 1. are respectful of people and their property and 2 They DON'T show me the 12 pointer they shot this morning. :DIts all good.

saltflat 03-24-2006 05:40 PM

RE: Official Team ThunderStrut (10) thread.

okay I just recieved my new slick trick broadheads. Yaaaay for me. BUt I know need some arrows, Carbon preferably although i keep hearing good things about aluminum. I want an arrow that will be good for most anything. I like carbons but the ones I bought last year were cut too short so I have to replace them. I would like to try turkey hunting with them this spring too. I have heard good things about the acc's and yhe carbon express. I wan't the best arrow for the money. Thanks guys

mobow 03-24-2006 07:11 PM

RE: Official Team ThunderStrut (10) thread.

OK, if you truely want the best arrow money can buy, get yourself some A/C/C's. No kidding. You will notice an immediate difference in your shooting. They are pricey, though, but worth it!!!

Ok, I thought it would be fun to see what everyone's turkey killers look like. And besides, I just wanted to show off my newly tricked out UltraTec! Here she is. This gal is whisper quiet.

So here's your chance fellas. Show off them turkey getters!
