I located a nice gobbler in a fieldon private land and want to use my new pop up blind for the first time. I don't plan to put it up until the morning, just to keep my options open (in case he leaves the area before opening next sat). The located is completely wide open, so poping my blind up will stand out like a sore thumb. I prefer not to add vegetation to the outside of the blind, mostly b/c none is nearby and hauling it in will be hard.
anyway, my question is, will the turkey be spooked or leary of my blind since the open field suddenly has a med/large blind in the middle of his field? I know turkey are different than deer, but don't want to blow my spot.

You will befine like the others said they won't even know it is there. I really don't have a problem when I bow deer hunt the deer don't mind that blind at all. If you are in covered area you need to brush in blind if you are out in the open you don't have to do anything except set it upand hunt.
