I went to check the trail cameras this weekend and I have a really nice looking buck on there how ever the one antler was about 12inches long and the other about 4 will they eventually even out or will he just be a weirdo. It didn't look like he had any tramua or injury to that short side either.

My guess is your latter guess.

It is my understanding that he could have damage or injury to the body as well and that will cause his horns to be affected too!!!!! Maybe see if you can see anything onhis body somewhere.....

Post the picture of him.It would help us determine what happened to him.As they said above I think he has damaged pedicle and antler will never be the same.

I would love to post the pic however my little helper in the field this weekend delted the memory stick on accident so hopefully in a couple of weeks I will have some more for you guys.
