Yes, there is no doubt that they can see the "No Flash". I think Cuddeback is the only one that really markets it as a "No Flash", the others just say Infared Flash. I've only had my IR flash camera out a month but the deer seem to pay more attention to it than they do to my regular flash cameras. I don't have any pictures of them running away like that deer did though, most of my cameras are around a feeder or scrape and they are willing to put up with the flash.

A IR flash is avisible red glowing light, which is still visible to deer, just A LOT less likly to spook them than a regular flash. Deer probably dont notice it unless they are looking in the direction of the camera. When I had my cudde no flash on video mode it would spook them quite often, they see the red light come on and they would take off.
