Camera Mounts
I just puchased 3 of the Moultrie D40 camera's. I am planning to head out to some private property in WV in 2 weeks to go put them out. The only thing I am worried about is mounting them. They came with bungie straps but I really don't feel comfortable using them. Even though it is private property you never know who is wandering around. Anyone know of a mount that will let me lock the camera's to the tree? Or any suggestions for making such a item?

RE: Camera Mounts
im in WV and also never had a problem with anyone stealing my cam.only with the battery goin dead if the solar panel doesnt get alot of sunlight
anyways i have a steel box for mine that are lag bolted to the tree...one box has a half inch rod going through it with a padlock on one side ... it lets you see the whole camera but the rod has to be removed for it to come out
my other box is same principle but i use a masterlock python cable to hold it in
