Camera Gun Mounts

Anyone have any tips for a good shock absorbing camera mount for a shotgun (Remington Models) ? I've seen ads for several of them on TV but I wanted to be properly informed before making a purchase for next season. I recently purchased a camera and got some decent footage of waterfowl hunting this year, but of course nobody really wants to put down their gun and hold the camera. Most of the filming I would be doing would be waterfowl or upland bird so I think a camera mount would be ideal. Another question for everyone, is a camera gun mount hard on the camera even with a "shock absorber"? Thanks

Deer ridge makes one for low cost that absorbs the shock well. I have shot deer and turkeys with it and have gotten good footage. Here is a link:
