OK, Someone suggested I just shoot the Carbon arrows I have that weigh 429 grains built up. the animals will never know the difference. But I am planning on switching broadheads shooting a 125 grain snuffer glued to a short adapter for 154 grain head. I don't want to use the brass inserts, do I use the weight tubes and stick with the carbonwood 3000, or do I go with the Carbonwood V-Maxx 3000 which will be heavier? OH this is out of my 60# Crusader. I am thinking the arrows are a little to light, and the V-maxx being the same spine will be heavy enough to get me into the 8-10 GPP.

Let me add one more thing, I love shooting wood, and Carbon, but right now, I really don't have the room here were I live right now to stain wood arrows, so I need to go a simpler way. and the pre stained arrows I will not ever buy again, to many variences in weight even for me.[:@] So I am going to shoot carbon and if i go with the V-maxx the cost is pretty much the same as if I bought the regular shafts with weight tubes.
