Zwickey not straight?
I bought a 6-pack of Zwickey broadheads and got some glue-in adapters so I could use my aluminum arrows.
I glued the adapters in with stick-tight and pressed the tip down into a 2x4 as hard as I could to seat them. All but one of them spin OK. One wobbles really bad. Is it possible the adapter was bent? Did I do this wrong?

my guess is you didnt get them warm enough, that glue sets up enough where it wont seat properly inside the bh ferrule. Dont burn the paint, but you need to get that hotmelt just about to the point it bubbles, just a tad cooler then that and its perfect. You'll feel the ferrule bottom out. If it doesnt its "floating" on the hot melt and wont seat right.

Tried heating it up and rotating the insert; no change. It still wobbles badly. I did burn the paint a little around the base of the broadhead. The good news is that is still flies OK. It grouped right along with the others that spun well. I guess I will just keep that one as a back up and use the others as my primary arrows.

RE: Zwickey not straight?
I ran into another unexpected problem. I have the 4-blade ones with the little bleeder blades sticking out. The bleeder blades get in the way and make it difficult to get the correct angle on the sharpening stone. How do you sharpen these things? I ordered one of those carbide cutter sharpeners from Cabelas so I guess I will try that.
They are already pretty sharp but not shaving sharp like I want them.
Do you sharpen the bleeder blades too? They seem pretty dull....
