I have the yellow glove sold by Black Widow and their 3-under tab.
I get a cleaner release and better arrow flight with the tab but, like others, get sore fingers from using it. So I find myself using the glove most of the time.

HI I use a shooting glove as I have not been able to get good flight w/ a tab. I also have a pair of tight leather workgloves that I use when the temperature starts getting colder.
