Default First Recurve! Updated Pics!!! (Man Law)

I posted this on the trad forum and though you guys would want to hear.

Just bought my first recurve on ebay and I think It was a good deal.

Its a vintage Balck Hawk Recurve 62" @ 43# This is my first so I wanted to go light on the draw. $69.50 including shipping

Question: What would be a good arrow weight, spinefor this bow??

Was it a good deal??

Im pretty excited should be hear either fri. or mon.

Depends with what kind of arrows your going to go with. If it would be aluminum 1816 or 1916 would be a good place to start.

congrats. Im sure you will have alot of fun with it! For an arrow, I would say probably a 1816 or 1916 aluminum as well. Depending on your draw length, the tip weight and arrow length could vary quite a bit though. So, whats your draw length?

Draw lenght is 28" on the bow

Some woods are stronger then you think. I'm not to good when it comes to wood arrows but the boys in the trad forum are pretty damn educated with them.
