Okay, I'm not sure if my FOC is right. I shoot 28" 3/49 ACC at 378 gr including a 85 gr Thunderhead. The FOC is 7.1%. Is this FOC ok to shoot or will it cause me problems later?

I asked a question simular to this a couple of weeks ago and I believe they (the experts) told me it was OK for for targets and such but it should be more 10%-15% for hunting. I'm no expert but this will get you back at the top anyways.

VA,
If you are grouping "OK" at different ranges your probably fine depending on the arrows speed. I like to shoot a bit heavier than your setup, but have dipped lower with good success. You might try a heavier broadhead if your arrowspine will allow, and if everything works out you will probably have a better FOC overall.
See the other debate thread thats going on now, it gets a bit techie but thats how we learn.
