Default New Vanes

There has been a lot written about new vanes of late. What is your opinion of some of the major ones? eg. "Quick spin"

I have not used Quick Spins but I have used Duravanes & I have been very happy with them. They perfrom great & cost a heck of a lot less than the Quick Spins. I use a hard helical & have no problems with my broadhead flight.

to check them out go to www.duravanes.com

I shoot the quickspins and love them. I started using them for hunting and now use them for 3-D. They now have a 3in. version, though I will stay with the 4 in. Great product.

People have said that Quik Spins are not of very good quality, but I have some on mine and have an zero problems with them. I shoot them through a Whisker Biscuit and they are not wavy at all, and I shot one arrow through a water soaked and half rotten straw bale, not a problem, still shoots perfect.

I have had a few vanes turn a little wavy, I hit them with a blow dryer and smashed them flat. Straightened them right out.

I cant comment on the Quick spins but the Bohning Blazer vanes are Awesome. I also like the Duravanes by Norway. they bond to the arrow shaft better than any vane I have ever used.
