Need a few opinions here. I am in the process of buying a new bow and have narrowed it to 3 very different bows. Oh, let me mention I am a finger shooter. I had shot and narrowed my selection to the Mathews Conquest or the Bowtech Pro40 when I came acrss a Parker Phoenix36 at the range. It shoots really sweet, even though its shorter then the other two it doesnt seem to have a finger pinch issue. A little research showed that Parker does recommend this bow for finger shooters. As nice as it shoots it might be nice to get away with a little shorter bow on the stand. I'm looking to know what anyone thinks about this bow or knows about it?
Thanks in advance for the info.
Mike.

I think you've already performed the acid test, which is how it works for you. Outside of that opinion, I'd ignore all others relating to finger pinch, finger shooting in general, as they will be biased towards another's physiology...
As far as Parker goes, from what I've read they build a really solid bow. Only knocks I've heard on them are-
1- They use less than top quality strings and cables, stretch may be an issue for you, which can be rectified by aftermarket quality upgrades. Same can be said about Mathews, by the way.
2- Draw lengths come .5-1" longer than stated.
3- IBO speed claims are high when a bow is set up to AMO draw length spec, see #2 for how they claim higher numbers.
As long as these don't bother you, shoot away. I've drawn the Phoenix 34, and it definitely has an easy draw cycle.
