I have never used one, so I can only say what others have told me. The up side, is your arrows pretty much stay put. The down side is they tend to chew up your fletching and you can loose as much as 8fps............

I put a Vital Bow Gear fall away rest on my Outback. It seems to work great for me.

personally i like the whisker biscuit. it will each your fletching from time to time though. what i mean is the friction holding it will almost melt (don't know if that is the right word) your fletching edges.

I use the wb on my parker it works great it does mark up my flechings but it dont warp them like my other rest did when flechings touched the rest the new wb that they came out with is a lot faster im going to spend the extra money to upgrade
