All of life is a learning experience. If you were hitting the bracket with your fletching with your Oneida the bow was probably out of tiller. I have three Oneida bows myself, an H-500, a Strike Eagle, and an Aeroforce. The Oneidas are high performance bows with a very unique design. If your Oneida was kicking the arrow down into the bracket the lower limb is probably a little tighter than the upper. The bow may have originally been set up with a higher nocking point than 90degrees in order to have fletching clearance with a different style of rest and its tiller may need to to be evened out in order for the arrow to go straight through the center of the biscuit. Good luck tuning your bow. Good luck hunting!
