Contact Hoyt, if they want to be unresponsive tell them you are sure you wouldn't get this kind of backing from say.....Bow Tech, Mathews, etc. and there's always the Better Bussisness Bureau. ash, Bulldog1 here, you say it was a x-tec you purchased? the draw length on the cam&1/2 is changed by moving the inner modules on the back of each cam. Both cam must be on same letter a-f is yours?
