Contact Hoyt, if they want to be unresponsive tell them you are sure you wouldn't get this kind of backing from say.....Bow Tech, Mathews, etc. and there's always the Better Bussisness Bureau. Like someone said above ...........if you paid with a credit card you might get some help there.
